Thankyou for shopping atwww.climafuge.org.Our products are carefully crafted artisanal pieces and each item isunique, and we strive to provide you with the highest quality. Pleasereview your selection carefully before completing your purchase.
Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable
Due tothe artisanal nature of our products, all sales are final. We do notoffer returns, exchanges, or refunds. Exchanges will only befacilitated if the clothing item arrives damaged/defective or forchange of size of the same design.
Damaged or Defective Items
In theunlikely event that the item arrives damaged or defective, pleasecontact us within 48 hours of receiving the clothing item atinfo@climafuge.orgwith the nature of the damage with proof(pictures) attached. We willevaluate the same and notify you via email within 7 days, with themethod of delivery. Cost applicable for the return will be borne byyou.
Allreturned items must be in new condition received, unused and with allthe Climafuge tags and labels on the clothing item in their originalcondition. Items that are worn, washed, soiled or altered will not beentertained/accepted.
Uponreceiving the damaged item, we will inspect the same and notify youwhether you are entitled to either replacement or store credit as aresult of the defect. Climafugereserves the right of full discretion to decide if you are entitledfor exchange.Replacement will be provided only upon the availability of stocks ofthe exact clothing item in reference.
Thepurchased item(s) remain the customer’s responsibility until theyreach Climafuge. It is solely the customer’s responsibility to ensurethe item is securely packed to prevent any damage or tampering duringtransit to Climafuge.
Size Exchange
In theevent that you require a different size from the product received,please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the clothing item atinfo@climafuge.orgwith the required size. Climafuge will evaluate the said requestwith available stocks of the same design and notify you via emailwithin 7 days, with the method of delivery. Cost applicable for thereturn will be borne by you.
If therequested size is not available, you will be provided with storecredit.

Shipping
Localstandard orders are typically processed between 4-7 business days andshipped using a selected courier service. Please bear with Climafugefor any delays outside of the above timeline due conditions beyondits control. International orders are typically processed between7-14 days and shipped with a selected carrier. All custom duties andother applicable taxes will be borne by you. Shipping and deliverytimes provided are estimates and may vary based on your location andother factors.
